The Sr Manager Customer Supply Chain will direct all aspects of Customer logistics & services strategy for Customers across the Grocery & Alternative Channels. He/she is responsible for development of long term Customer Collaboration strategic roadmap and programs driving P/L improvement in support of improving overall customer experience. The role will be responsible for overall organization design in support of the customer, developing training curriculum in support for our Supply Chain teams, ensuring we have an industry presence across both routes to market, and enabling a strong career path for our teams. The position is based in the US and will manage a team of responsible for Program Management and Allocations along with dotted line relationships with the Customer Supply Chain leads. Primary
Responsibilities:
Leads and directs all aspects of Customer Supply Chain Strategy including alignment with the long term strategic direction set by the Sales and CS&L leadership and ensuring policies, program governance & execution processes are in place to provide consistent, reliable service throughout the supply chain. Responsible for development & thought leadership for future key strategic initiatives supporting $9B
in annual sales revenue across both biscuit & confections businesses across warehouse & distributor routes to market. Key strategic initiatives across the WHD and DSD route to Markets include but not limited to; Joint Business Planning (JBP), Leveraging RPA & AI, Cost to Serve, BEAM, Pricing, On Shelf Availability, Pricing & Compliance, P/L initiatives, CPU, and supporting CAO expansion. Daily interaction with Customer Supply Chain leadership and any functions that impact our service and relationship with our Customer Ensures training & implementation plans of the operational component of our customer strategies through communication and collaboration with Customer Services and Field Sales Manages activities of direct reports and is responsible for hiring and developing talent and performance management Influences overall Customer program or project success, finances, and/or the ability to meet objectives. Management and Subject Matter Expert of allocation and controlled deployment processes. Marketing of MDLZ Customer Supply Chain across organization and industry by leveraging social media platforms, Yammer, White paper opportunities, and Industry forums. Leads Joint Value Creation sessions to identify future initiatives and partners closely with CS&L COE to leverage capabilities which includes RPA expansion and Machine learning/AI program opportunities. Utilizes advanced skills to communicate matters of significant importance to the business, representing the organization to multiple internal and external constituents, negotiating issues with significant impact on the achievement of strategic objectives Functional Technical Competencies Gained in Role:

BS/BA in Business, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field; MA/MS in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or MBA preferred Successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of business experience in Supply Chain Logistics including, but not limited to, production and fulfillment planning, distribution operations and/or Sales/Retail demand planning. Superior analytical and problem-solving skills; lean six sigma preferred (min 7 years) Direct customer supply chain leadership experience interfacing with Sales/Retail (min 5 years) Proven project leadership experience (min 3 years) Superior written communication and presentation skills (min 7 years) Highly proficient in SAP, Excel and usage of customer portals/tools (min 7 years) DSD and Warehouse field and HQ Roles (3 years in each RTM) Some travel required Within Country Relocation support available and for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Supply Chain & LogisticsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
