You work in Mondelez International Business Services to lead in the development of tools, frameworks and skills that ensure the effective delivery of the experience strategy for a specific process area (which could be in sales, finance, marketing, customer service and logistics, procurement, HR, etc.). You also work with other service operations employees to ensure they are using processes and tools to ensure an impeccable customer experience. How you will contribute As a subject matter expert (SME) for processes in your area, you will provide input to capability-building materials and toolkits to ensure adherence to defined processes and to identify opportunities for the development of standard tools, automation, digitization and application for processes in line with group priorities and strategy. In addition, you will monitor key performance indicators to ensure they are aligned to strategic objectives and provide feedback to develop global capability. In this role, you will also audit and manage change controls and keep track of issues and actions to ensure they are addressed on a timely basis. Responsibilities In partnership with the US TA Lead, responsible for the deployment and management of Talent Acquisition projects within the US business unit Accountable for staying closely connected to external talent patterns and trends, leveraging an outside-in perspective to identify opportunities to improve the Talent Acquisition process Continuous Improvement:
Manage the execution of key Talent Acquisition processes, ensuring policy guides are up to date and communicated, and looks for ways to drive efficiency and effectiveness. This role will work as part of a global team that will be all driving towards one global standard, working in a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline, improve and implement processes. Monitor for effectiveness and compliance. Responsible for providing SME input to all changes to processes, technology, compliance/legal practices, and policy changes impacting US recruitment. Talent Acquisition Budget:
In partnership with the TA Lead, monitor US TA budget. Identify opportunities and risks on a monthly basis. Work with TA team on invoice processing, PO creation and supporting tracking against budget commitments. Support team capability building and training efforts as part of a global team; partner with TA to ensure process, data and compliance trainings are delivered. Partners with US TA Lead to deliver compliance reporting and ensuring that risks are managed and applicant reporting, and audit readiness meet both MDLZ and government standards What extra ingredients you will bring:

Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology (IT) highly preferred Job
Specific Requirements:
5 years experience managing the operations of a team (budget, vendor management, negotiation and agreement with external parties) Strong technical agility Proven ability to develop successful relationships with team members in a virtual capacity. Demonstrated listening, facilitation and communications skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment. Workday experience strongly desired Experience with Avature is a nice to have. No Relocation support available.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Recruitment & PlacementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
