Ability to influence the business agenda and make recommendations to senior leaders Leadership experience in best-in-class analytics practice roles Leadership experience deploying new analytical approaches in a complex and highly matrixed organization Savvy in usage of analytics techniques to create business impacts Proven people leadership experience The purpose of the role is an end-to-end data and analytics ownership of a Supply Chain Enterprise Performance analytics product and product strategy (including continuous integration/continuous development/delivery, marketing/branding and value realization/cost management). The role of the supply chain performance analytics Product Owner is to ensure value is delivered from the scaled analytical product across Mondelez International. The Analytics Product Owner will develop a vision of what the Data & Analytics Product will achieve, together with a strategy of how to accomplish this in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders. The Product Owner will enable and evolve data and analytics products for Enterprise Performance Analytics for the Supply Chain to support key business decisions, drive business improvements and deliver business value by identifying opportunities to leverage advanced analytics in the support of Supply Chain processes. The Analytics Product Owner will collaborate with stakeholders to determine timelines and priorities of business initiatives by providing deep functional expertise in the Supply Chain function to guide strategic planning and decision-making. A minimum of 10 years of IT and business/CPG or FMCG industry work experience, with experience in managing cross-functional teams or projects, influencing key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy and Roadmap:
Building market-driven, feasible, and sustainable analytics products that meet business requirements. This includes building an analytics product strategy with reusable core architectural components. Owns product roadmap - has a deep understanding of current and future needs of stakeholders. Product Delivery:
Responsible for the end-to-end product engineering (data required, data ingestion, harmonization/transformation) process and product delivery (build, enhance) - responsible for the development and continued improvement of analytics products to drive decision making within the Supply Chain and local / market business reviews. Collaboratively engages, consults, and influences business and IT stakeholders, delivery team of data engineers, developers and insight analysts to design and deliver analytics products. Develops and communicates Product Goal/Vision. Accountable for effective product backlog management including prioritization. Jointly creates and manages product features and user stories based on business requirements. Develops and manages acceptance criteria including non-functional requirements. Accountable for post-release success and ensuring support is in place and optimized (e.g. data refreshes, DataOps, DevSecOps, MLOps, etc.) over the product life cycle. Proposes state-of-the-art solutions which fit into the overall Data and Analytics IT strategy, roadmap and architecture for Supply Chain Performance Analytics. Preferred candidates should have experience with advanced BI tools and platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Google Cloud Platform, Big Query, Azure, SQL, DataBricks) and are capable of leading techno-functional engagement with internal and external partners. Minimum of 3-5 years of analytics experience, as well as traditional business intelligence experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience performing advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis What extra ingredients you will bring:
