As an Evaluator in our Fragrance Division, you will guide perfumers in the fragrance development process.
You will understand the existing fragrance portfolio, and analyze current olfactory trends, forecast future trends and assess consumer preferences.
This role is located in East Hanover, NJ and reports to the Creative Fragrance Team Director.
Do you have a nose for success? Can you quickly identify olfactory opportunities? If so this could well be the perfect opportunity for you to lead the creation of some of the world's most luxury fragrances.
As an Evaluator you can expect to:
Manage fragrance projects:
you are at ease handling the briefing process and can develop or select fragrances according to brief guidelines.
Collaborate with multiple teams:
share your creative input as you liaise directly with perfumers to develop fragrance themes, with sales colleagues to ensure all project requirements are met and with marketing colleagues for trends information and internal/client presentations.
Analyze market trends:
with one eye on the future of fragrance, you can understand Givaudan's evaluation and research methodologies and write fragrance descriptions linked to marketing trends.
Fragrance Library Activation:
manage the best fragrance collection, respond to gap analysis, market needs, market trends and incorporate Givaudan technologies and undertake fast and efficient selection of fragrances for select projects.
