Senior Regulatory Data Analyst - Your future position?As a Senior Regulatory Data Analyst for our Regulatory Ingredients Compliance Strategy CoE, you will ensure the reliability and integrity of regulatory data used for compliance and safety assessment within the Fragrance & Beauty Division.
As a key influencer, you will bring your knowledge and expertise to the team and translate into a true business partnership.
You will report to the Regulatory Affairs Director.

In this exciting role, you will:
Regulatory Knowledge - ensure regulatory compliance and documentation generation integ-rity by managing regulatory data on ingredients and compliance requirements in systems.
Manage and coordinate all the regulatory and safety related activities for the new ingredients introduction process.
Able to translate new regulatory challenges into effective data integrity policies and su-pervise their implementation.
Analytical Expertise - Acquire information necessary to accurately guarantee product com-pliance.
Analyze & review new industry regulations and customer requirements and determine necessary changes needed to manage them in compliance systems accordingly.
In collaboration with our Process Innovation Expert, manage our master data set, develop reports, run audits and make recommendations to internal stakeholders to define Regulatory strategy and contribute to business growth.
Global Project Management - Lead or participate in global regulatory data integrity projects related to regulatory, toxicology or product safety.
Lead or Participate in the development and implementation of innovative tools and PC-based solutions to meet Regulatory and customer re-quirements and/or in the definition and implementation of continuous process improvement.
Business Partnership - Manage internal and customer understanding and develop technical relationships related to compliance requirements integrity, especially within the NOAM and LATAM regions where you will represent the team as the regulatory data expert for perfumery ingredi-ents.
Communicate closely with global key stakeholders in Regulatory, Toxicology, Formula Man-agement, Operations, Purchasing about impacts of regulatory data changes and customer compliance requirements.

Your professional profile includes:
Advanced University / MS Degree / Ph.
D in scientific field (toxicology, biochemistry, chemistry or related areas), preferred Minimum 6 years of relevant industry experience in product safety or relevant scientific area and/or regulatory affairs Strong Regulatory Affairs experience and background in consumer product regulation and chemical regulations globally Affinity for information systems with preference for strong SAP skills Experience in project management Flexibility, methodical and rigorous spirit, ability to manage priorities You are a critical thinker, good communicator and great presenterAt Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people's lives.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
