Job Description:
The Senior Specialist, Quality Assurance, is responsible for review and approval of deviations, change controls, SOPs and manufacturing documentation in support of the quality oversight of manufacturing and quality control activities.
oInitiates, reviews and approves deviations, OOS, CAPAs, change controls, and any other site or product related documents, including material disposition and facility Work Orders, to ensure documentation is adequate and compliant with existing procedures and cGMP.
oWrite and/or review GMP-relevant deliverables, such as SOPs, WPs, specifications, protocols and related documentation as per area of responsibility to ensure compliance with cGMP and project quality deliverables.
oManages regularly scheduled meetings for deviations, change controls and site metrics.
Write and/or review trend reports and content for Quality Review Board.
oProvides functional QA expertise to other Line Units, including Quality oversight and participation in manufacturing activities, such as Aseptic Process Validation/Aseptic Process Simulation.
oSupports project related activities (e.
g.
TRD product portfolio, development of new tools, processes, Quality initiatives, Quality Manual implementation, Quality Plans, Quality Risk Assessments, training activities, qualification and facility up-grade activities, IT validation projects) as per area of responsibility.
Top Skills Experience with writings investigations and deviations.
5 to 7 years as experience as QA.
Not looking for QC experience.
