As a Formula Ingredient Management (FIM) Analyst/Project Manager, you will be an important part the FIM team reporting directly to the Regional NOAM Manager, Technical Perfumery & Formula Management.
Your expertise as an Analyst/Project Manager will encompass industrialization and maintenance of fragrance formulation, and coordinating project activities for Technical Perfumery serving Development.
Located in East Hanover, NJ and reports to the Technical Perfumery Manager.
Does being a partner excite you? You Will:
Check agreement of Technical Perfumery project requests; capture all essential information, including negotiation of timelines.
Support Technical Perfumers in reworks Perform modifications and changes to more complex formulations under Technical Perfumery guidance, making calculations and ensuring formulas are reported observing system requirements Follow up on project submissions with Evaluation and Sales Provide information about pricing, ingredient codes, old formula references, and olfactive cross-referencing item descriptions and nomenclatures.
Coordinate and track Ingredient studies, supporting Technical Perfumers.
Download formulas to Experimental Labs and Sample Lab for specific sample requests.
Process First Time Formula Requests and New Business Orders, Initiating production transfers with local QC.
Run weekly reports of formula and sample order requests and collect related approvals.
Transfer and provide access to (incoming/outgoing) formulas to authorized users.
Instrumentational in the NII process for Operations and Development.

Your professional profile includes:
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or related discipline 4

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
