We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Associate to join our team.

Job
Responsibilities:
Communicate with carriers and other third parties regarding orders, dock appointments, and pickups, and coordinate with warehouse operations.
Coordinate coral calcium and gummy vitamin shipment-related activities including labels, packing lists, bills of lading, letters of credit, vendor qualifications, and other documents.
Manage online storefront inventory through Shopify and Amazon.
Ship out online customer orders and samples via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Administer procurement functions, including receiving estimates, sourcing products, placing orders, and track shipments details, locations, ETAs.
Perform daily and month-end operations to ensure product and material is correctly recorded in the system, including quarterly full inventory counts.
Answer incoming phone calls and email communications, review incoming mail.
Correspond with customers on requests and complaints.
Respond to shipping complaints, lost items, damages, where applicable.
Assist the QA team with product quality assurance activities, such as sending samples to laboratories for third-party testing and R&D sample tracking.
Work with cross-functional teams for ingredient planning and management.
Work with managers and team members to implement new strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or associate degree required.
1 to 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, business, or other administrative support roles preferred.
Experience with bills of lading, packing lists, inventory, and letters of credit preferred.
Proficient computer skills, including with Microsoft Office, inventory software, and online storefronts.
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities.
Basic skills in mathematics and attention to detail.
