Lead and execute productivity project for one of The Company's Bakeshops.
This includes defining project scope, executing the trials, consumer testing, and implementing the changes for the all productivity projects.
Analytical assessment of products and preparation for analytical testing/shelf-life testing Preparation of samples and paperwork for consumer testing 5 days a week, total of 40 hours per week, 8AM-5PM
Qualifications:
Ideally 0-1 years in a lab setting.
A four-year degree in a science related or similar technical field will also be acceptable (food science, chemical engineering, or chemistry) Excellent written and oral communications skills Listed salary ranges may vary based on experience, qualifications, and local market.
