Summary:
Compiles and maintains control records and related files to release blueprints, drawings, and engineering documents to manufacturing and other operating departments by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Control and maintain QMS.
Maintain strict control of all Stock Number Information Forms, Bill of Materials, Product Manuals, Procedures, Engineering Change Requests and Orders, Device Master Records and Design History Files.
Process Engineering Change Requests and Orders while working as a team with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering and Regulatory.
Generate new Part Numbers and Bill of Materials as required.
Control and maintain certified calibration of tools and testing equipment.
Examines documents such as blueprints, drawings, change orders, and specifications to verify completeness and accuracy of data.
Confers with document originator or engineering, Quality, manufacturing and Regulatory liaison personnel to resolve discrepancies and compiles required changes to documents.
Posts changes to computerized or manual control records, releases documents, and notifies affected departments.
Maintains related files for Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering and Regulatory.
Prepares requests for reproduction of documents as requested.
Control and maintain Employee Training, Critical Vendor, CPAR, and Complaint Log Documentation.
This position demands that the candidate be:
Analytical - Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data; Designs work flows and procedures.
Must be extremely well organized and have keen attn to details, and be a strong communicator.
Education and/or
Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.
S.
) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Any quality exp esp with ISO 13485 would be a big plus.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
