Laboratory Technician

The successful candidate will be reliable, exhibit strong attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
LABORATORY TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS, must:
Have a valid driver's license.
Be at least 21 years old.
LABORATORY TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities:
The laboratory technician is responsible and accountable for the testing, quality control, and tracking of cannabis material.
Ensures the safe, accurate, and timely testing of cannabis products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Follow policies and procedures for daily operations and fully comply with state medical marijuana regulations.
Prepare samples for potency, residual solvents, terpenes, heavy metals, and microbial testing.
Develop expertise in testing methods.
Responsible for inventory of supplies and cannabis tracking and destruction Responsible for accurate weighing and recording all product weights.
Works in a timely manner and strives to improve quality and maintain accuracy.
Performs all other tasks and duties as assigned, which include cannabis pick-up and transport.
Please note candidates must comply with New Jersey regulatory employment requirements for cannabis.
