We bake a variety of different breads using our sourdough starter.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in dough preparation and baking under the direction of the Baking Manager.
- Package and label food items for storage or delivery - Handle and maintain kitchen equipment, including knives and other culinary tools - Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment - Assist with cake decorating and other pastry-related tasks, if applicable - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal service - Maintain inventory of food supplies and notify management when items need to be restocked - Clean and organize workstations and kitchen areas to maintain a tidy and efficient workspace - Cleaning and preparation are the two most important tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred - Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety practices - Proficiency in using knives and other culinary tools - Being able to lift 30-50 pounds - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Note:
