Monitor front desk at non-profit social service agency Welcome visitors and announce their arrival to appropriate departments Answer phone calls and route to proper staff person Light clerical duties including updating forms or spreadsheets, organizing and filing
Qualifications:
Personable, welcoming, and professional Verbal, written, and telephone communication skills Basic computer and email skills Previous office experience (preferred) FLSA STATUS:
Non-exempt, hourly wage employee, eligible for overtime Job Type:
Part-time Expected hours:
18 per week Work Location:
In person.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
