Summary:
The Business Development Specialist III will directly support the functionality of sales initiatives driven by the Marketing Department, Operations Team, and Recruitment team through consistent communication with existing and newly onboarded agents; meeting assigned deadlines and collaborating with team members as needed and necessary to execute on tasks.
The Agency Coordinator will be the driving force of connection building for our agents and scheduling guests for our internal workshops.
The Agency coordinator will utilize his/her mastered skills in communication, both written and verbal, to successfully develop and manage relationships and facilitate intentional business strategies.
This individual should be EXTREMELY ORGANIZED and possess a strong drive/work ethic, elite INITIATION skills, elite WRITING skills, elite EXECUTION skills to GETTING THINS DONE!
Essential Functions:
Foster relationships with existing agents; consistently building those connections out of care for our agents and for the clients they serveMaintain working relationships with corporate point of contacts to remain equipped with trending information essential for the internal operations of the companyServe as a liaison for new agents throughout the stages of the New Agent Development and Onboarding Process on their path to successWork well with the Marketing and Operations team with a strong focus on communicating and collaborating with contracting, recruitment, and agent mentors.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Recruitment, or Business Relationship and Development (Required)Prior Life/Health Insurance experience is preferredAttention to detail is critical.
