Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department - Provide information to callers and visitors regarding the company and its services - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Keep the reception area clean and organized Qualifications -Must be friendly, warm, welcoming, and good with people -Must be able to maintain composure under pressure -Must be comfortable working in a healthcare setting with the elderly Note:
Our facility wears masks when cases of Covid, Flu, RSV, etc are high in the community.
There are times when the receptionist must wear a blue surgical mask while on duty and must instruct our visitors to wear masks.
