We are seeking an Architectural Project Manager for Excellent growing Millwork Company located on the East coast.
Will be involved in Projects from 300 thousand to 2 Million dollars. Will pick up from Estimating and manage up through installation which will include materials, labor, delivery, installation, etc. Materials include Wood, Metal, Plastic, Marble, etc. Will report to the Operations Manager and have one assistant. They use Excel and homegrown Production Management software.
The successful candidates will have 5
years experience in Project Management for a Millwork Company. Must know Cabinetry, Architectural Custom Woodwork and Casework. Must be computer literate. Must have experience in Takeoffs, Design & Managing Projects.
Salary will depend on experience and history. (Target 65-100K)
