Powerpoint & Prezi Designer/Operator

PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Powerpoint & Prezi Designer/Operator is responsible for design and operation of executive presentations. Work under the direction of event producers or executive communications teams and uphold global brand standards while creating effective, dynamic and well thought out presentations.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Provide Powerpoint and Prezi presentation support during live events and other productions
Work with production crew in a live event environment to integrate presentations technically and creatively
Develop presentations that will be used across a broad range of outputs; ability to uphold brand and style guidelines
Offer key executives consultancy-type service when developing meeting and business update presentations
Liaise with various cross-functional teams to define the best design production processes based on individual project needs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
REQUIREMENTS:
Work well in a fast-paced environment
Expert knowledge of PowerPoint and Prezi
Experience with Playback Pro is highly preferred
Experience with Barco digital switchers is highly preferred
Professional demeanor with high degree of comfort speaking with internal clients
Proven ability to grasp new programs and systems quickly
Effective time management and multitasking ability
Thorough working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other creative tools
EDUCATION AND
Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Art, Design, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience

years of professional presentation design/operation experience
Strong portfolio showcasing high-end presentation design skills (i.e. animation, builds, dynamic charts and diagrams) and clean design aesthetics
