Job Description:
The Senior Technical Writing Specialist ensures compliance oversight of Testing Monograph updates, Product Release Specifications, and Analytical Method changes.
The position is also responsible for writing, editing, proofreading, and facilitating approvals of Standard Operating Procedures, and Template Protocols & Reports for External Supply Operations.
The position is part of cross-functional teams that ensures the objectives of External Supply Operations are met and that allTesting Monographsare properly maintained.
Ensures compliance oversight for Testing Monograph updates and is responsible to review and revise documents.
Is theESO expert in the TEDI and REDI Documentum System.
Tracks and trends KPI's for all ESO documents in circulation.
Has strong proofreading skills and strong organizational skills.
Is responsible to manage the end to end process of documentation life cycle.
Understands the mandates for documentation set forth by the regulators, such as the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), and other governing bodies
Understands how to assess and write documents for the intended audience.
Knows how to organize and deliver information.
Understands English grammar structure and can create grammatically correct sentences.
Maintains the schedule for specific projects pertaining to development of new TM procedures, and/or revisions of existing procedures.
Skills:
Compliance of Testing Monographs and related SOPs and certification documents
Ensure a seamless update of SOP forms to insure all documents are accurate as changes are required.
Create protocols and summary reports templates as needed.
Excellent organizational skills are required.
Problem solving/innovative skills are required for detecting, analyzing, and resolving critical technical, operational, and administrative production training problems.
Independent judgment is required for making timely decision/recommendations for corrective actions.
Proven background in continuous improvement skills.
Computer literacy.
Proficient in the English language
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience. Prior technical writing experience in the regulated environment required, pharmaceutical GMP experience preferred. Requires strong technical knowledge, as well as verbal and written communication skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
