Design Quality Engineer

Our client is a large medical device manufacturer. They manufacturing a number of class 2 and 3 orthopedic medical devices. They are in need of a Quality/Design/NPD engineers to come in and help with a large remediation effort.
Duties/Responsibilities/Scope of Work
Remediation of existing design documentation for products out on the market as well as some in the pipeline already. Remediation of New Product/Design documentation. This includes drafting some new design documentation as well as revising/remediated existing documentation. There will also be a focus on updating design quality documentation and risk management documentation as it relates to design.
Required:
3-7 years experience in the design and development of medical devices.
-Design Quality/Risk Mgmt
Strong analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
BS in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) required
Plus:
-Orthopedic Implants
-Pro E
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
