Summary:
This position is to backfill the PMO Director position and will report directly to the CIO. Specifically this person will oversee multiple projects and a team of Project Managers. This person will be responsible for a multiple capital budgets, including projects worth $5 million dollars individually and potentially more.
The PMO Director is taking on a new position within the organization but will be there to help train and develop this person.

Duties &
Responsibilities:
This person will be responsible for taking care of all of the Client's external customers, specifically their commercial business and be responsible all of their contracts. The majority of the Client's money of their budget is spend on financial systems and ensuring their customers are maximizing their financial systems.
Manage Commercials and contracts
Develop the PMO practice and best practice in managing projects and programs using existing artefacts and processes
Facilitate the selection and implementation of a tool to manage the PMO, projects and programs, define the interfaces required into existing systems in order to enable a complete dashboard, including capex, opex, risks and status tracking at different levels of granularity
Prepare, analyze and report enterprise wide report to the senior management (Planned Vs Actual for Project Cost, Schedule, Budget, Revenue, Profitability Report, and Milestone Progress) pulling together all status reports into a dashboard for different audiences
Develop and maintain Executive Dashboard
Overall management of project risks and issues
Ensure all projects adhere to the company's base lined Quality Governance process guidelines.
Empowering tools for project management and continuous improvement
First point of escalation for project managers, programme managers and stakeholder
Appropriate alignment of projects to business needs
Most effective execution of projects
Work with Project Managers to review, monitor project health
Establish and implement metrics that measure project performance
Conducting periodic project audits
Determine the project health by measuring the variance in scope, schedule, cost and quality from the respective baselines
Resource usage tracking and ensure the optimized usage of resources
Conducting project status review meetings and tracking of the open points and assigned task's status
Facilitate Improvements to the Project Conduct & Management Process
Managing the project administrators globally

Knowledge & Experience Needed:
Minimum 10 Years of Program Management Experience
Experience interfacing and reporting directly to CIO or other C-Level Executives
Experience working as Head of PMO
Commercial Real-Estate Experience
Experience with OKTA (single sign on software), SharePoint, Citric, Cloud Based Software.
Bachelor's degree in business (specifically Financials), computer science or related field or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 10 years of related experience in technology management positions
PMP certification
Knowledge of IT processes, general controls and project management and system development life cycles
Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, on budget and according to client expectations
Experience in managing project financials
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision making skills
Strong management and communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders - Will report to CIO, must have experience with interfacing with C-Level employees, Business partners, IT project team members
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
