Medical Training Project Manager needed for contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in East Hanover, NJ.
The Big Picture:
- LMS Space/Training and development
What You'll Be Doing:
- Identify training needs and to design solutions to address individual and organizational learning gaps, and to maximize learning impact through excellence in training methods, instructional design and generation of training completion reports.
- Accountable for oversight and project management of local working practice (WPD) development. In partnership with subject matter expects and implementation of related training.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's Degree and previous pharma experience
- Seven (7) years
Training background and previous experience working with LMS space.
- Experience in developing and/or editing clinical or medical affairs processes ( SOPs, WPDs etc)
