- Project coordination/program coordination experience
- Administrative coordination experience
- Experience serving as lead coordinator for key initiatives and projects from inception through implementation
What You'll Be Doing:
- Editing, reviewing and composing communications on behalf of the Head of Performance Management.
- Coordination of Performance Management components such as training, course logistics, communications, SharePoint uploads
- Processing/tracking invoices, POs and task orders utilizing Ariba.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Four (4) years of project coordination, program coordination experience
- Two (2) years of administrative coordination experience
- Experienced serving as lead coordinator for key initiatives and projects from inception through implementation
- Must be a highly motivated, organized, self-directed individual
