Project Environment-
Our client has recently gone live with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and PeopleTools 8.51 in January and are now looking to implement Base Benefits and do enhancements to Core HR, Ben Admin, and Payroll the next few months. For this various project work, our client needs to bring in a functional HCM consultant to supplement their team and help with system configuration.
Day to Day responsibilities-
This consultant will be brought in to optimize our client's environment and business process within HCM. This consultant must be an expert with functional configuration for Core HR, Ben Admin, Payroll, and should understand the tables behind these modules. The client currently has functional specification writers on their HRIS team but need a SME to hit the ground running to translate the specifications and start heavy configuration. This consultant should also be familiar working through year end processing within HCM. Communication will a key trait for this consultant as they may also be customer facing with end users and helping with knowledge transfer.
Required Skills:
- 9.1 Functional HCM 5 years (Core HR, Ben Admin, NA Payroll)
- Expert with functional configuration for HCM
- Expert with Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits tables
- Understanding of year-end processing within HRIS
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
