Exp in & knowl of performing audits according to generally accepted
acctg/auditing stds from relevant institutes (IASB, IFRS & IIA) &
assessing effective internal controls over fin'l reporting based on
Integrated Framework issued by Committee of Sponsoring
Organizations of the Treadway Commission (COSO); exp working
w/customers based in Latin America; Proven ability to lead audit
teams & present audit results to mgmt. Ability to travel
extensively w/in Latin America & Europe (up to 60%) to customer
