PeopleSoft HCM and API Time and Attendance

Company Name:
ALKU
Project Description:
Our client is currently on PeopleSoft 9.1 and are looking to change their employee tracking system over. They have around 12,000 employees and are now testing the rules of API's time and attendance but the integrations to PeopleSoft HCM do not have a good design. Our client needs a consultant to help integrate the PeopleSoft HR and Payroll data into the API time and attendance system and help provide knowledge transfer to the employee's onsite on how these systems coincide.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
This consultant is being asked to help with the design of the integrations between PeopleSoft HCM and API Time and Attendance. The functional design for the data coming out of PeopleSoft HR has lacked any sort of documentation or business process and the employees of this client are not familiar with the best way to set this up. This consultant should have recently been at a client that has done an API time and attendance implementation and integrated it with PeopleSoft. This consultant should be familiar with requirement gathering, documentation, and training staff on the set up of business processes to have outbound data going into PeopleSoft, and PeopleSoft HR data going into API.

Required Skills:
- PeopleSoft HCM 8-10 Years
- API Time and Attendance implementation experience
- Understanding of integrations
- Documentation and business process set-up
- Good Communication skills
- Ability to train/teach other users

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
