Kronos Lead Trainer

Background:
The client is a large healthcare organization that uses PeopleSoft for a system of record and paying employees and they use Kronos for time capture and reporting. They have currently installed Kronos T&A the Navigator version. They currently need a very senior Kronos trainer that can act in a lead capacity, do courseware development, train the trainer, and coordinate most of the training administration for the organization.
Project:
The client is upgrading Kronos for the first time. They use Kronos for time tracking and reporting. They currently have the workforce functionality, web-based clocks, and time keeper pieces. Kronos for this client is used for tracking all time; PeopleSoft is the system of record for actually paying people. Kronos T&A is the area of focus from a training perspective that his company is focused on, they are using the Navigator version so this person must have done training and course wear development on that version. They have about 400 employees that need to be trained along with an additional 2200 people that will be using the system for time tracking. In terms of functionality and things used out of the system the client uses schedule editor, time exceptions, hourly time tracking, time off requests, all reporting of time, etc.
This person will need to shadow the current lead on how things need to be executed on a daily basis. This person will interact with the business, IT, and Kronos teams on a regular basis. They will need to coordinate with the existing teams, change management teams, and the people dealing with the communications plan. This lead will collaborate with the business and the full project team as well for courseware administration, training, milestones, etc. This person will use the current materials for some of the training that will be needed, but must be comfortable creating their own materials. This role truly requires a hands on trainer, but someone that is ok leading at the same time. From an environment perspective this organization can be very political, feeling like they know all, and afraid to give up control. This person needs to have thick skin, but at the same time be ok with stepping back and taking direction. This organization is very much in the public's eye so it is important the person can have a go with the flow attitude but also be able to get a point across without rubbing people the wrong way.
This consultant needs to be a senior trainer with multiple recent Kronos projects. They could also be Kronos functional experts that have gotten into training. In either case the person will create extensive training and courseware material for the client and trainers to administer to the business. This person must have done extensive course development and training material development in years past. They must know Kronos time keeping well and must know how to develop materials in order to have literature for the client. They use Captivate and Articulate for courseware development.
