SAP Plant Maintenance SME

Environment:
The client is live with ECC 6 and has various business units. The parent company is running SAP Plant Mnt and has been for years. They are working on installing PM for a new division and they want to use the template from the existing parent company that is live. The client needs a well-spoken functional PM sme that can do a fat-gap/analysis/basic design session on how to make this PM rollout work correctly and adhere to the business needs.
Project:
As a PM SME, this person needs to have done several FLC's of PM, they need to have been hands on with the module and they need experience working on fit-gap, as is to be, and general design stage parts of a project. This person needs to be well spoken and understand the full PM functionality offered what the module offers the business. This person will work with the team in developing a project plan and timetable of what will be needed for PM to be rolled out successfully. This person will need to have been in environments where QM and FICO are used and they must be well versed with the integration efforts to those modules along with the rest of ECC. Part of this analysis effort will involve heavy requirement gathering on integration to other modules and systems the client uses. This person will deal with scheduling and executing workshops, fit gap, investigate business process and execute to it, template design and installs, etc. It is necessary for this person to know how to take an existing template and have it extended to a new business unit. There will also be a heavy masterdata component as information is moved over, they have MDM experts but has a functional SME this person must be able to understanding the functional concepts involved with masterdata being present.
This PM expert needs at least 8 years of hands on FLC experience, this included several FLC's, and the person must have done fit gap/analysis work. The consultant must also have experience with template and footprint expansion of an existing PM environment. The person will need to be well spoken and comfortable leading workshops and design sessions. As a PM expert they will also need to have worked on efforts that involved heavy integration to FICO and QM.
Extensive experience designing and configuring the key integration points between the PM Module and other SAP modules.
- Strong familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies, including ASAP
- Prior Pharma & Computer System Validation experience is good to have.
