PeopleSoft Sr. Level Functional Financial SME (PC, Contracts, Billing)

Project Description:
Our client is currently live with PeopleSoft Financials v9.1. They are currently adding additional lines of business and are looking to implement PeopleSoft for these new lines of business (subsidiary). This will require new and different functionality that is currently in existence with their PeopleSoft system.
The client is currently well into implementing PeopleSoft for these new lines of business but have hit a point in the implementation lifecycle that will require a few functional subject matter experts to reach their go live in Q2 of 2015. Based on extensive feedback from the business there are significant changes that need to be made to the set up and configuration after the first round of testing.
This is a dynamic position that requires the ability to multitask in a fast paced global environment with limited supervison. There will be extensive customizations made to set up / configuration of these modules, specifically around Project Costing, Contracts, and the Billing Modules. The goal is to use as much of the delivered functionality as possible of PeopleSoft Financials v9.1.
The client needs a well-seasoned, PeopleSoft Financial Functional Consultant who's core expertise is within the Project Costing, Contracts, and Billing Modules of PeopleSoft. This person must understand all of the delivered functionality within these modules and has done numerous implementations of these modules.
Day to Day
Responsibilities:
Integrate the use of the Client's project development lifecycle into project delivery.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions/workshops with multiple stakeholders.
Gather/document/confirm business processes and requirements.
Conduct gap analysis against requirements to determine modifications required
Develop configuration documents and functional designs
Hands on configuration
Develop test scripts and related documents.
Document/consolidate/distribute meeting minutes accordingly.
Perform related duties as assigned or requested.
Must manage time and effort in order to meet project deadlines.

Required:
Minimum of 12 years of PeopleSoft Functional Financials Experience
PeopleSoft functional consultant with experience in V9.1 in PeopleSoft Finance modules: Project Costing, Contracts, Billing,
Expert understanding of the delivered functionality within these modules; PC, Contracts, Billing
Implementation Experience of this modules is a must
Must be able to work independently to create and deliver requirements.
Experience with all Functional Responsibilities of implementing these modules; including Fit Gap, gathering requirements, creating functional specs, configuration, testing, customizing, and supporting .
Analytical and organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
